House Wash Starter Kit

This kit with specially designed formula allows you to wash your house and facade externals. Choose between a 5lts pack or 20 lts pack.

The process is easy and requires a pressure cleaner (not included) to connect the injector system. Simply connect the injector, and with the application of the pressure cleaner, a solution will be collected by the venturi injector that will allow you to spray your house, facade, or building. The house wash soap and surfactant will help remove dirt and cobwebs and make the paint shine. Start with the smallest restrictor and work your way up. The amount of product will vary depending on how dirty the surface is. The restrictor chart can be seen below and the colours reflect as a guide to ratios drawn while in use. The restrictors are placed with oring into the suction barb on the injector.

A 5 lts pack will allow roughly a 4-bedroom double-story home to be washed twice.

The injector is supplied standard with a 1/4 quick connect only, which can be placed into a lance end for use.

Organic growth– The treatment of mould and mildew will require the use of pool chlorine ( SH -sodium hypochlorite 12.5% -125mgrams ). The ratio on general house washing would sit at 10 parts water to one part SH. Always carry out a test and start with lower ratios as a matter of caution. If using SH around plants and foliage, they should be wet down thoroughly before chemical application. After house washing, the area, plants and foliage should be rinsed again thoroughly.

When mixing up a batch to be sprayed with SH if needed, then place housewash and SH into a suitable container that the injector will draw from. Only mix enough solution required to carry out the task only.

Environmental conditions- Watch over spray and wear PPE. Only spray enough an area that will allow 15 to 20 mins dwell time without drying out. Rinse off this area thoroughly before continuing to the next.

Housewash Soap and SH ratio are used combined or separately at a ratio of 10:1, (10 water to one chemical) and depending on machine specifications, the restrictors provided will reference the guide chart.

The dont’s

• Do not allow the application process to dry out. Only spray according to weather conditions, that will allow a 15 min dewell time, and then completely rinse before the soap dries out.
